Yes, before we work on any vehicle we do a whole vehicle assessment on both the exterior and interior which will determine if we have to charge extra and how much it would be. During this assessment, we look for pet hair, heavily soiled interior/exterior, heavily stained interior (seats, floors & headliners), pollen build up, body fluids, and more. After the assessment is completed, we will discuss the final cost with you before the work is started.

No, with the Silver detail package, we only vacuum between the crack and crevices of the seats, air compress, and wipe down.

It all comes down to the condition of the vehicle. Generally speaking, it can take between 3 to 4 hours to complete. We’ve worked on coupes that’s taken 4 hours due to the condition being bad. On the other hand, we’ve completed an SUV in 3 hours since it was well-kept.

Due to the nature of stains and the material it’s on, some stains will come off better than others. We have extensive knowledge and experience (combined with a bunch of tools and products) to handle most situations. But even with all that, some stains won’t come out all the way. 

Absolutely not! That would be terrible. We do not use harsh chemicals on your interior. By the time we’re done, you’ll have a clean-dry car. 

Unfortunately, we do not clean spare tire areas or open components; however, we can address any concerns you may have in which an additional cost may be incurred.
